Joseph C. Proulx

Joseph Proulx defends individual and class action cases brought under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. He also litigates professional liability and subrogation claims.

Joe began his legal career in 2008 as an Assistant Public Defender where he represented thousands of indigent clients through all stages of the legal process including misdemeanor and felony jury trials.

Since 2011, he has practiced exclusively in the civil litigation field. Throughout his civil litigation career, Joe has represented clients in a broad range of areas including insurance defense, professional liability defense, subrogation claims, Florida Lemon Law arbitration, and breach of warranty claims based on the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

Joe earned his B.A. degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida prior to earning his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law in 2008. Joe is admitted to practice in all  Florida state courts, as well as Federal District Courts in Florida and Illinois.
