ABOUT

Charles J. McHale

Charles J. McHale is a civil litigation attorney representing clients throughout Florida.  He has dedicated the vast majority of his legal career to the defense of consumer law individual and class action claims. He has litigated hundreds of consumer law cases in State and Federal Court, including but not limited to those involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Charles is a graduate of the University of Scranton (B.S./M.B.A. Accounting) and the Catholic University, Columbus School of Law (J.D.). After graduating law school, he worked for The Preston Law Firm, L.L.C. until August 2007, when he joined Golden Scaz Gagain, PLLC, and worked there until the formation of Martin Golden Lyons Watts Morgan.

Charles is a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Middle, Northern, and Southern Districts of Florida.
