With over two decades of experience, she advises financial services companies and collection agencies on complex business law matters and consumer financial protection regulations

Loraine partners with clients to develop practical strategies for navigating regulatory scrutiny while advancing core business objectives. Her approach combines deep regulatory expertise with real-world business acumen gained through various executive management roles prior to joining MGLWM. 

She also serves as fractional general counsel to collection agencies, providing ongoing strategic legal guidance and executive-level counsel to support business growth and regulatory compliance.

Loraine is a Texas Certified Public Accountant and recognized industry leader, having served as an ACA International Board Director, President of the Mid-America Collectors Association, and Chair of ACA's Members' Attorney Program.
